ABT Legal was founded by two law firms: Lovrecz, Mangoff &Temesi Law Firm and Czifra & Neményi Law Firm. The attorneys of ABT Legal have compelling experience in legal counselling and cooperation that enables us to provide balanced and valuable assistance to our clients.
ABT Legal was established in 2019 to expand the legal team and also to enable the provision of complex services to our clients in cooperation with the ABT group.
Lovrecz, Mangoff and Temesi Law Firm
The law firm has been operating in the current structure since 2013, however, the partners have been working together since the early 2000s.
The shared work experience gained over the several years provide firm basis for the effective team work that characterizes our company. We are proud for our corporate culture.
Czifra & Neményi Law Firm
Since the establishment of our firm in 2003 we have been providing legal services to international clients.
Our cooperation with ABT group for almost 15 years enabled our firm to increase our international clientele and to provide coherent assistance together with financial and business advisors
Over the years, we have been following a practical approach to delivering excellence in the ever-changing Hungarian legal landscape. We work in a multidisciplinary and multinational environment, confidently cooperating with other local and foreign advisors or other professionals who share our observation that on the global market clients seek multidisciplinary solutions. We have worked with leading international law firms as their Hungarian legal advisor and also with one of the Big Four firms as the legal service provider to their clients. We have an excellent reputation for the quality of our practice, and we take pride in being able to provide a broad range of legal services, in Hungarian, English and in German, to meet the needs of our diverse client base.
We advise public limited companies, large and small businesses that need to find the most suitable tailor-made solutions in the most transparent way.
We work closely with the tax, accounting, information technology and other experts of the ABT group and also with other professionals. We are in connection with multiple international law firms, we are members of ICLA (International Commercial Legal Alliance) and are also the Hungarian partner of a leading US law firm. The cooperation of our attorneys with KPMG and ABT group for several years enabled our lawyers to gain extensive knowledge in various sectors from corporate and tax structuring to major real estate developments.
We have extensive litigation experience in trial, appellate and arbitration matters spanning virtually every area of the substantive law. We also have significant expertise in financial and tax matters.

Meet The Team
Éva Lovrecz LL.M
Éva holds a Juris Doctorate from Eötvös Lóránd University, Budapest, Hungary and a Master Degree from Queen Mary & Westfield College, London.
Éva has led the legal team in a number of M&A, Private Equity projects and legal due diligence surveys. Due to her previous banking carrier she also gives advice in financial law matters. She has represented international and domestic clients, large and small companies, as well as private investors.
Éva served as member of the presidium of the Budapest Bar Association for four years, and she is a member of the Budapest Bar Association –Budapest Court of Registry cooperation team.
Peter Mangoff
Péter holds a Juris Doctorate from József Attila University, Szeged and a degree in corporate finance, Budapest Business School College of Finance and Accounting.
Peter is an expert in acquisitions, domestic and cross-border mergers, he deals with energy projects financial law matters. Peter represents clients in tax litigation and assists foreign and Hungarian banks in debt recovery and work-out procedures.
Zoltán Temesi LL.M.
Zoltán earned a Juris Doctorate from Eötvös Lóránd University, Budapest, Hungary and a master’s degree from the University of Edinburgh and he also obtained postgraduate qualification in data security and data protection.
Zoltán represents foreign and Hungarian companies in a wide range of matters, including real property acquisition and investment issues, as well as labour law matters. Zoltán has participated in international M&A projects and legal due diligence surveys, advised clients in corporate restructuring and mass redundancy projects as well as various litigation procedures.
Csaba Komlósi
Csaba holds a Juris Doctorate from University of Szeged, Hungary and is a member of the Budapest Bar since 2007.
Csaba has advised foreign and Hungarian companies in corporate restructuring, legal due diligence surveys, labour issues, real estate investments, tax related matters and litigation procedures.
Peter Czifra
Peter holds a Juris Doctorate from Eötvös Lóránd University, Budapest, Hungary and he also gained postgraduate qualification in data security and data protection. After graduation he worked in international law firms where he provided legal assistance to Hungarian operation of multinational firms.
He has been working in cooperation with ABT for almost 15 years. He has compelling experience in provision of legal services to business undertakings (from daily work to strategic planning e.g. mergers, reorganisations). He has expertise especially in corporate, labour, and real estate law, data privacy, litigations and out-of-court procedures.
Réka Neményi
Réka earned a Juris Doctorate from Pázmány Péter Catholic University, Budapest. As a junior lawyer she worked in large international firms and also in small law offices. She has been member of Czifra & Neményi Law Firm since 2006.
She has been assisting clients in the fields of corporate and real estate law, but she also has been advising NGOs, foundations and non-profit organisations. She renders legal services to private individuals in family law matters.
